Roland Gutierrez is an accomplished law enforcement officer and trainer with extensive experience in various institutions. He holds a second-degree black belt under Professor Rick Lucero (The original Dirty Dozen) and has utilized his martial arts expertise in his professional career. Roland's work history includes serving as an LEO, a Government PSD contractor, and a private/corporate protection specialist. Throughout his career, he has been tasked with training defensive tactics programs, firearms training, emergency response, SWAT tactics, and medical training for the police, Department of State, and corporate entities. In addition to his operational duties, Roland has also instructed other law enforcement officers and civilians in various areas of self-defense. Roland's proudest achievement comes from his dedication to helping others find their mental, emotional, and physical strengths through jiu-jitsu training.
